Our Day of Coordination service has been designed for those who are happy to plan & style their own wedding, but would like to hand over the reigns to a seasoned professional in the 12 weeks leading up to the big day to bring everything together. Whether you are getting married at home, having a destination wedding, putting up a beautiful marquee, or hiring one of NZ's top wedding venues, our Day of Coordination service is the cherry on top, to ensure your wedding day is stress free and runs exactly to plan.

Inclusions:

Whilst every wedding is unique, our team would carry out the below tasks and more:

Pre wedding site visit
Highlight any gaps (if any) that may be present in the wedding plans
Develop custom event day timeline & floor plans
Liaise with your vendors to coordinate all timings for packin and packdown
On the day of your wedding, we are on site to oversee the seamless execution of your plans
We act as the main point of contact for your MC, venue & vendors
Make relevant calls on adjusting plans in the case of wet weather
Pin boutonniere's on the bridal party
Welcome and direct your guests
Ensure décor is relocated between ceremony and reception sites
Be your 'go to' person and make sure problems are resolved without you knowing about them
And most importantly, we would be there to ensure you can sit back, relax & enjoy your special day
