Your Ceremony, Your Story
As a Celebrant, I believe that your ceremony should feel authentically you. My approach is to get to know you over coffee, learn more about your journey together, and from there, design a ceremony that is one-of a-kind, capturing all of the special moments that have shaped who you are as a couple.
It is often the smallest of details that bring depth and meaning to your story - so I like to delve a little deeper to find the true essence of your relationship. On the day of your wedding, I aim to share your story in a relaxed and meaningful way, with a sense of warmth and elegance, setting the right tone for the rest of your wedding.
My Style
Overcoming Wedding Day Nerves
If you are feeling overwhelmed by the idea of having all eyes on you, please know that this is completely natural, and actually more common than not. My role is to be the calming presence you need, and will guide you through each phase of the ceremony, allowing you to genuinely relax, have a bit of fun, and be fully present for this special moment of your life.
And if the wind catches your veil, or the Best Man loses the rings (trust me I have seen it all), we will simply go with the flow, make adjustments on the fly, and ensure everything happens exactly as it should.
The Process
Should you decide that I am the right fit for you, I would be delighted to lead you through my collaborative design process to ensure you end up with the ceremony you have always dreamt of.
Step One: Let's Meet
Before we leap into the checklists, it's important for us to get to know each other. This first step will include a no-obligation virtual meeting to make sure it feels right.
Step Two: Lock It In
Should you feel we are a good fit, I'll send through all the paperwork to get the date locked in.
Step Three: A Few Questions
Closer to your wedding date, we will lock in a time to meet for me to throw a few questions your way. This will help me to start crafting a ceremony that is meaningful for you.
Step Four: Ceremony Design
At this time, I would get to work on designing your bespoke ceremony. I will also provide a few resources so that you can start crafting your vows.
Step Five: Rehearsal
Where possible, we would do a wedding rehearsal to ensure you feel comfortable with what will happen on the day.
Step Six: The Big Day
Once the big day arrives, I will be on site to ensure the ceremony runs seamlessly. My job is to help you both feel calm and really enjoy the moment!
